Tips
When Ethiopian give you time, always ask him if he speaks in Ethiopian time or International time. Indeed, they also count time differently ! At sunrise (6am), it's 12 o'clock. After one hour (7am), it's 1 o'clock in the morning. At sunset (6pm), it's 12 o'clock again and one hour after (7pm), it'1 o'clock in the evening.

AZMARI (wandering minstrel) : An ancient entertainment that is still alive. A singer with its masenko (single string instrument) improvises rhymes and makes fun of people. It's really crazy atmosphere and great fun. You can attend it at Balegarau Cultural House in Bahir Dar for instance.
